Technology and Culture
Driving Forces of Progress
The more technical excellence becomes available through AI, the more crucial it becomes for humans to recognize and shape new opportunities.
The future takes shape where supreme technical precision meets curiosity, a spirit of experimentation, and the courage to embrace the unconventional—where people open themselves to change.
“Artist Mindset” brings an inspiring impulse from the world of culture into the corporate environment. Using a portable digital piano, a concert pianist vividly demonstrates—through musical examples—how something unique emerges from individual creative power: vision, passion, shifting perspectives, the courage to experiment, resilience, and the ability to navigate surprises and uncertainty.
This experience opens up new perspectives for leaders and teams regarding their own creative potential and sparks enthusiasm for the new.

Practice
3 Keys to Artist Mindset
As a concert pianist, I want to touch, inspire, and captivate my audience. To achieve this, playing with technical perfection alone is not enough. Whether in music or in the business world, we aim to create something unique through our technical skills. In my search for new interpretations and their practical realization, I rely on three key elements:

Content
By describing the unfolding of a piano recital, Anna Heller immerses participants in the world of a concert pianist: How do I handle pressure? How do I perceive things? How do I make decisions? How do I manage to create something uniquely my own while under intense scrutiny? And how do I maintain a sense of ease in my playing?
The three keys of the “Artist Mindset” demonstrate how new creative possibilities can be unlocked even under these conditions. Selected examples played on an electric piano bring these principles to life, allowing participants to experience them directly and reinforcing the concepts on an emotional level.
In the process, parallels to everyday professional life emerge—albeit under conditions that intensify many workplace situations: high expectations, the need for total focus, and the demand to deliver peak performance at the decisive moment.
The Artist Mindset offers a powerful impetus to reflect on one’s own creative capacity, question habitual patterns of action, and discover new ways of acting.
